At Kesar Appliances, we take pride in the quality of our products. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, we will make it right.

Returns & Exchanges We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products only. Items must be unused, in original packaging, with proof of purchase. Domestic Orders (India) Return shipping charges are to be borne by the customer. Refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected. Shipping charges are non-refundable.

International Orders We do not accept returns on international orders. All international sales are final. Please review your order carefully before placing it. In the rare case of a damaged or defective item, please contact us with photographic evidence within 48 hours of delivery and we will assess on a case-by-case basis.

Exchanges We offer free exchanges for defective or wrongly shipped items (domestic only).

Non-Returnable Items Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear, or items without original packaging are not eligible for return.
